Questions and Answers
Can I subscribe with iTunes or other podcatchers?
Yes you can!
Can I transfer the MP3 files to iTunes and will they work on my iPod?
Yes, you can, and yes, they work very well on iPods. Just store the MP3 file in a suitable place on your computer and drag and drop into iTunes. We recommend you set the iPod reapeat to ‘one’ (in the iPod settings) which will cause the sentence to repeat when you play it. You can then read the text on your iPod screen and speak the sentence after the audio.
What about other MP3 software and players?
Anything that plays an MP3 file will work, but we recommend something that displays the track title, so you can read the sentence as you listen. For example, Windows Media Player or Winamp.

Problems with RealPlayer
Some people have found that RealPlayer will not play the audio files directly from the website. There’s a solution for this on the RealPlayer support pages, but it’s hard to find. This is what it says:
“RealPlayer detects online status by default. If this detection fails, RealPlayer may be incorrectly set to Work Offline mode. If you are using a network connection or have a cable modem or DSL connection, you can override this detection and force RealPlayer to assume you are online all the time. To change the online status of RealPlayer:
1. In RealPlayer on the Tools menu, click Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
2. In the Category pane, click Connection.
3. Click the Assume I am online option.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart RealPlayer. “
We’ve tried this and it worked for us.
